* Free admission: the Ministerial Decree 14 April 2016, n. 111, art. sole, paragraph 2, d provides free admission for European Union citizens with disabilities and a family member or other companion who proves their membership in social and health assistance services.
The disability considered for free admission is recognized after presentation of a certification attesting to a degree of disability greater than 74%.

Start time of the guided tour must be agreed to in advance by both the staff of GAL Hassin and teachers to take into account the journey and the distance between the school and our Center. We can arrange the start time of the visit to satisfy the requests, although it is necessary to respect the times of school visits: in the morning from 10.00 am to 12.30 am, in the afternoon from 14.30 pm to 17.00 pm.

We ask for your understanding as we require your punctuality. Buses are allowed to enter the parking area (entrance from the largest gate).

For evening activities (sky  observations), the visit is from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. (winter-spring period). In exceptional cases different times can be agreed on, where possible, for particular needs represented by the School.

Payment Terms

Payment by bank transfer: the reservation will be confirmed after receipt of a purchase order with relative CIG. The email addresses where you can forward this document are: amministrazione@galhassin.it – galhassin@pec.it.

Consequently, we will send the invoice to proceed with the payment.

Online payment by credit card: immediate booking confirmation and invoice sending.
